Completely unable to login to acc
I have been trying over the past couple of months to login to my account online but each time I get stopped by the 'sorry we couldn't log you in with the details that you have provided' message.
I have used the forgotten password link which never sends an email to my email address and I have tried the online chat that never seems to find anyone online to actually answer apart from the initial bot reply.
now I know that if I was owing them money, they would be on me like 'flies on dog poo' but since I have a pretty fair credit limit and a completely £0.00 on my account. I'm guessing that they don't want my money.
I will spend it elsewhere then!
I would just appreciate being able to see what is going on with my own credit account.
I'm not sure if someone has hacked my account, as I'm not getting paper or email statements & I haven't done for months. i'm just glad that my banking details have changed since I last used the account in 2022.

Cancel order
I contacted you last Saturday to divert my order as when I received the confirmation it had delivery to my old address.. The lady on phone said she couldnt change as order hadnt got processed as yet to ring on Monday which I did & the order had already been dispatched..
So I dont know if its going to my old address or my present one ? Have contacted Evri but they have not replied to my concern.
And have had nothing to say its going to be delivered ? So I do not know where my order is

Non delivery
Evri emailed me to say they tried to deliver my parcel, they didnt, Alec delved into it and proved the parcel never left Evri hub. He was extremely polite and helpful

Unable to make payments/Log into my Acct
I have been haveing problems trying to make a payment via my Account. Your website keeps saying that my wmail and pwd are wrong.
I tried on 29/07 to make a payment of £4.50. Its still same problem today and I am getting frustrated.
Pls note that my mob 0794924**** is out of contract/service. I am using a Pay as you go for now before deciding whether/not to take out a new contract.
